FOCUS ON FLOW (Int) Andrea and Andy

  • Relax the body, don’t assume, and make it tasteful. Enjoy the ride and let it feel good.

  • Be a hero, but make it fashion. A little floor craft, a little self care, and a lot of dancing.

ARTS & CRAFTS: RHYTHMIC FEEL AND FEELING Andrea and Andy

  • What’s the difference between craft and art? In this class we’ll identify different rhythmic feels we often hear bands play. Then, we will work together to lose ourselves in them. 

SOME JAZZ MUSIC CHEAT CODE (Music Structure) Andrea and Andy

  • This is a nuts and bolts class. Ever feel like you watch someone and they seem to know every song, no matter the song? The music we often hear of has similar structures. Familiarizing yourself with them can help free up your brain to listen to other details, and focus on other things.
