Weekend Pass

A weekend pass is your ticket to everything, three live band, workshops, late night dances, the whole enchilada. This year we are rolling out Weekend Passes with prices increasing as we get closer to October!

We also have some opportunities to offset some costs by working with our staff and some scholarships. Link

Pre-Boarding $155 [SOLD OUT] - All the classes all the dances...Everything, and you get a discount for registering early!

Early Boarding $175 [SOLD OUT]- All the classes all the dances...Everything, and you get a discount for registering early!

General Boarding $190 - All the classes all the dances...Everything

Registration Policies

• Please review our Covid-19 policy before buying a ticket

• We will refund purchased passes minus a 7% fee to cover the cost of payment processing. Won passes as well free passes given by the flying home organizers are non-transferable

• All attendees, volunteers and staff agree to follow our code of conduct

• All attendees agree to the following:

  In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Triangle Swing Dance Society dance classes, dance party, or any event or program the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

  1. The risks of injury and illness (ex: communicable diseases such as MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) from the activities involved in dancing are significant, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and,

  2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

  3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

  4.I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Triangle Swing Dance Society their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  5. I authorize Triangle Swing Dance Society to use any photo or video in which I, or any minors I sign up and/or accompany, may appear, for promotional purposes and video distribution, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership.

  I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND AGREE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
